"I'm sorry there are things I can't yet talk about, but please wait a little longer." those are
the words of the designer Tetsuya Nomura that were uttered on the Square Enix
radio program about the new Final Fantasy title dubbed "Versus" by
the designer.
For now we can at least confirm the existence of the title that Square Enix has been developing for the past 7 years. Nomura also stated that they will reveal the reason behind the delay of releasing info about the game. As of now FFV XIII holds the record of the longest time spent developing a single Final Fantasy game. Whether this long development cycle will help the game remains to be seen.
With only 2 months until E3 and different rumors spreading we can only guess what will be displayed.
